The Forum Club of the Palm Beaches will present political pollster and CNN contributor Kristen Soltis Anderson on Monday, December 18, at Noon at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.

With the 2024 election approaching fast, leaders across every sector and industry are trying to navigate the turbulent political climate and rising generational divides. As a pollster, speaker, and commentator, Kristen Soltis Anderson will discuss how leaders can navigate these complicated times. She is author of The Selfie Vote: Where Millennials Are Leading America (And How Republicans Can Keep Up) and appears on-air regularly as a CNN political contributor, speaking regularly about how Millennials and Gen Z are reshaping politics, business, and society.

As Founding Partner of Echelon Insights, an opinion research and analytics firm, Anderson advises brands and corporate and government leaders on polling and messaging strategy. Her firm was one of the most accurate pollsters in the midterm elections according to FiveThirtyEight. She also leads focus groups for The New York Times’ opinion section’s "America in Focus" series.

Additionally, through Anderson’s extensive research on generational divides, she possesses unique insights into Gen Z and Millennial attitudes that will shape the coming decades of American politics. Young Americans increasingly expect the places they work and the companies they buy from to align with their values - and their political views as well. Political division now feels like it touches nearly every facet of American life.
